Established in 2020, HeChaLou has quickly become one of Taiwan’s fastest-growing and most stable tea brands, with a presence in the U.S., Australia and soon Malaysia. Our menu is centered around ‘easy-to-sip’ teas, preserving the authentic essence of tea—smooth, naturally sweet, and free from bitterness—to meet the evolving preferences of modern consumers. What truly sets HeChaLou apart is our signature Tea Jelly, a refined blend of tradition and innovation that enhances texture and elevates the tea-drinking experience.

HECHALOU TEA HOUSE & JELLY brings authentic Taiwanese tea culture with a modern twist to Washington state. Founded in 2020 and beloved by young tea enthusiasts, our name playfully means "Crane Tea House" and sounds like "Let's Drink Tea." After a successful debut in California in 2024, we're excited to open our first Washington location in Lynnwood in Summer 2025. Enjoy our signature tea jellies and unique sesame jelly, expertly crafted to elevate every cup into a gourmet delight. Stay tuned-big things are coming, and you won't want to miss our grand opening!
